- Excellent Communication Skills
- High levels of ability to marshall support and converge opinions
- Commercial Acumen ; understnd the industry trends around T&Cs
- Ability to deal with moderate to high degree of ambiguity and chaos ... not getting frustrated by frequent changes
- Extremely high levels of positivity and frustration resistance
-Should have had the experience of leading practice/competency in one of the following … Cognizant/EDS/Infosys/Wipro/Cap Gemini/AtosOrigin.
-His team (in the past role) should have a mix of resources from both consulting (functional as well as technical) background and Software Development background
-Should have been involved in solutioning for enterprise systems rollouts across geographies. And this means he should have been involved in business impact case, schedule for rollout, sequencing for rollouts, statutory issues in various geographies etc.
-Should have managed practice / competency as a P&L … comfort with books, pricing, costing, etc.
-Open to relocate to india
