(A) Strategic:
1)Formulate the strategic plan of the business with aim to dominate the business as the largest player in Industry
2) Setting up territory through channel partner network distribution strategy
3) New business development
(B) Operational :
1) formulating and delivery of the annual sales plan on a month by month basis
2) Monitor market Intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, new projects, competitive activity, new customers etc.
3) Driving business through managing corporate Accounts & dealer network.
(C) Organizational :
1) to enhance organizational effectiveness through setting up and continuous improvement, organizational processes, work practices & systems
2) To follow and ensure compliance of organizational ethics and standards also local statutory requirements.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
1) Managing sales through direct & Indirect channel
2) The incumbent must posses strong commercial / technical Skills
3) Should be exceptionally strong in relationship building
3) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4) Highly achievement oriented with ability to devise and execute effective selling and marketing strategies.
5) Thorough knowledge of IT industry
